The Rise and Fall of the 'KILL US' Sculpture

The Rise and Fall of the ‘KILL US’ Sculpture

An Invitation to Own Part of an Artwork

From 7 April 2014, Cameron Platter’s site-specific sculpture ‘KILL US’ will be dismantled to mark the end of the current exhibition Pop Goes the Revolution. The sculpture, commissioned by The New Church Museum for the duration of the exhibition, has become a prominent feature of the Museum’s facade and a highly debated topic of conversation.

To commemorate its removal, we invite you to take a piece of the wall from the Museum between 8 – 11 April. The only requirement is that you share the GPS coordinates of the wall’s new home through our Facebook page or Tweet us @thenewchurchart, as part of an ongoing art project we have initiated. More details about this will follow via our social media platforms so please like or follow us to keep informed.
